Enjoyed sensational breakfasts!!

Everything was good, so were magnificent views on the sea view. The staff was pleasant, very welcoming, and responded promptly to requests. There was lots of high quality meals.

The room was a nice size, air conditioned, the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the view over the garden.

I must comment on its central location - it was perfect.

It was a nicely appointed and good value hotel in a calm area, just next door to the beautiful sandy beach there, nearest city and sandy beaches and Majorka. Central location was a plus.

Central location very close to best delta for 10 days and the main restaurant was close, it was in a lovely quiet area.

Welcoming staff, pleasant views over the bay, everything is good. It has good and lovely location in a taxi to the nearest party town and there's free parking.

That was nice hotel set in lovely area, not far from S'arenal, lovely beach, plenty of shops and the airport. The rooms were clean and absolutely fabulous as for me, with great facilities. The location was super, at a medium distance 

Extremely comfy bed in the standard double room, plus a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe. Sensational and excellent breakfasts with excellent food. Perfect location in a secure area just next door to the next beach / shopping area which was 

We ate at a clean restaurant for the hotel for meals. A balcony, a safe, and a hair dryer turned out to be good. Everyone who worked there was very-very nice.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

The standard queen room is soundproof and new-fashioned. Great to have a mini bar, central heating and an electronic key card. The location is super in a lovely area, just off a taxi to the old town, the closest beach and 

The provided breakfast was sensational and satisfactory with bacon and pancakes. All the staff was amazing and wonderful, settled my issues. Marvellous central location near touristy areas, lovely gardens and the large local supermarket. I checked out 

I traveled with my family and stayed at Hotel Best for a week. The children pool was fantastic and my baby loved it. The room was always clean thanks to the daily visits from the cleaning 

There is a outdoor swimming pool near the sea called "Beach Club", the bus going there is free. The Ping-Pong is free of charge. The breakfast has lots of varieties.

The staff at the reception is not helpful at all. The clients are suppose to know their service and then ask for it, otherwise the hotel don't provide or introduce to us. The mini-golf ground is not well maintained. The indoor as well as the outdoor swimming pools close too early, say around 19-20 o'clock. The last bus from Palma is 20:30. It is not possible to enjoy the night life in the city unless you would like to pay for the taxi.

Good breakfast, good service, helpful pesonel, clean rooms.

As you go out to balcony, the door might be locked from inside and you might stay out! Impossible to open from outside. Strict dressing code in the restaurant.
